ULK HISTORY
"I'm ready to hike the ATL. But, I'm missing one thing. A knife. I can't find anything that I feel merits being hauled in my pack."
This is the conversation that started the ULK.
My response to Amar was : "I'll make you one. What do you want it to be?"
"Light, small but still functional. I think if it had holes in it, it could be a great way of shedding weight."
Later that night, a drawing was sent to Amar, and I started the first ULK build. A few days later, he was off on his 4-month journey.
